How to Submit Your Cards for Grading

Submitting your sports cards for grading is a simple and streamlined process at McK Sports Cards. Follow these steps to get started:

      1. Review Our Services:
        Before submitting your cards, please make sure to review our PSA Grading Submission Services page and Pricing and Turnaround Times page to familiarize yourself with our offerings and pricing.

      2. Select Service Level:
        Choose the service level that best suits your needs based on the value of your cards and how quickly you want them graded.
        Pre-Screening (Optional):
        If you're not sure whether your card is worth grading, consider our pre-screening service.

      3. Make a Purchase:
        Visit our online store and purchase the grading service that you have selected. Please make sure to provide accurate information during the purchase process. This will be processed as a digital download purchase, triggering the email instructions to be sent to you. You can still track your orders using your order number, which you can find in your order history on the My Account page.

      4. Receive Submission Information:
        After making your purchase, you will receive an email containing all the information you need for the submission process. This email will include instructions on how to prepare your cards for shipping to us, a form to list the cards you are submitting, and any additional details or requirements specific to your selected service level.

      5. Prepare Your Cards:
        If you purchased our submission preparation service, simply safely package your cards and ship them to us. We will take care of the rest!
        Make sure you include the printed form listing the cards being submitted or fill out the Google Sheets form.

        If you did not purchase our submission preparation service, you will need to prepare your cards for grading yourself. Detailed instructions will be provided in the email.

      6. Ship Your Cards:
        Securely package your cards and ship them to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

      7. Track Your Submission:
        You can track the status of your submission through your account on our website.

      8. Receive Your Graded Cards:
        Once the grading process is complete, we will ship the cards back to you within a day or two after receiving them back from PSA. If you would like to make any changes in the shipping service or add insurance to your package, please reach out to us with plenty of time to make the adjustment(s). Please note that additional charges may apply for any requested changes or additional services.
